This is based on 7 years of my own lived experience. And everything I share in the course are things I have successfully used myself.

📗 Is this beginner friendly?

📗Yes, all the course content is explained from the beginner's perspective upwards. You don't need any prior experience of Meditation, Herbalism or Science to join this course.

🌿 Will I need to buy herbs for this course?

🌿 Yes and no, you don't have to go out of your way for them. All the herbs and medicinal foods on this list are widely available at supermarkets and may even be a part of your shopping list already.

💊 No. It's a complementary, lifestyle-based approach.

⌛ Is 100 Days really enough to make a difference?

You’ll be better supported by 1:1 clinical care or psychiatric stabilisation before joining a group like this.

😵 Whatever pace you can move at is your pace to be respected. There is no rush.

You will have access to the course for 2 years. Which means theoretically, you can complete this course 6 times in 2 years. There is plenty of time to go through at the pace you need.
