Sit and Smile has a walking group called Walk and Smile (an easy name to remember 😉). We've been walking together for over 2 months now and our group is completely free.

Walk and Smile is an opportunity for us to meet new people, make new friends, have a laugh, have a chat, get some fresh air and feel good.

We meet every Saturday morning for a brisk walk and a chat around Fairhaven Lake and then usually go for a tea or latte at the Beach Cafe afterwards.

📍 We meet lakeside at Fairhaven Lake Boathouse, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1BD.
