*For each new patient, an Initial Consultation is required.
In an Initial Consultation, we discuss your current physical, mental and emotional concerns, medical history and any medications you are currently on.

⌛ 1hr. The consultation usually lasts an 1hr.

🎯 How to Prepare
🎯 Please complete your New Patient Form and return it to us 48hrs before your appointment. Please set aside 1.5hrs for our first consultation.
🌿 Your Medicine
🌿 Is tailor-made for you a few days after our consultation. Dispensed in the form of either: tincture, or pills. This can be sent to you a few days after our consultation or we can arrange a collection.

MY ROLE

🩺 My third role is to collect empirical data, such as a pulse reading, photograph of your tongue or video evidence for research and educational purposes.

*Follow-up consultations are ALL consultations after the Initial one.
In a Follow-Up Consultation, we monitor any symptoms. Spot any patterns, keep on track of any changes and make any adjustments to the medicine if needed.

☘ What is Herbal Medicine?
🌿 Medicine made with medicinal plants. Administered as dried herbs in powder or pill form, soaked in boiling water for 30mins-1hr and taken with warm water. Or administered in tincture form as herb-infused alcohol, or aromatic water.
⌚ How long until it takes effects?
⌚ 2.5 months on dried herbs.
Anywhere from 1hr to 1 month on tinctures.
It depends on the complexity of the imbalance, the desired outcome of the treatment, and physical and energetic sensitivity of the person.
