This 6-week online meditation course offers six live meditations, teaches you how to meditate, how to deal with negative mental states, how our thoughts are generated and how we create our internal realities. We will experience weekly practice and grow together as a small, private community of meditators.

We meet live every Sunday on Google Meet.

😧 I’ve never joined a community before, do I have to share?

😧 No. Sharing is completely optional. You can participate at your own pace.
