Handmade in India with cotton inside and out.

How to Use

Place the cushion on top of the mat. The mat supports the knees, ankles and legs for greater comfort during seated practice. Sit cross-legged on the cushion or straddle lengthways with legs tucked underneath you — choose the shape that feels best in your body. This combination offers comfort and support, so you can explore the gentle but profound transformative power of your own inner stillness, abundance and wisdom.
