Meditation has transformed my life, given me myself back, enabled me to deepen my sense of nourishment, safety, connection and abundance, and brought me closer towards the truth I was seeking. And now, I simply guide others towards this.

Welcome to Sit and Smile

We host weekly meditation classes that include guided meditation, teachings and mantras. The Purpose of the classes is to provide a consistent space for regular meditation, to deepen spiritual experience, deepen the group's collective understanding of the mind and build community that wishes to connect at this level of depth and curiosity.

THE PURPOSE

The focus of Sit and Smile is Mental Clarity. There are many things that go into creating mental clarity- physical, psychological and social influences. (All of which must be considered to experience total mental clarity.) But the greatest mental clarity comes only from relinquishing attachments to the mind and transcending the mind itself.
